Removing
Attention! Collect brake fluid to prevent damage to mechanical parts and body parts located near brake system components.

Install a pressurizer on the brake pedal to reduce the amount of brake fluid escaping.
Pic. 6.63. Removing the brake hose: 1 - pipeline fitting
Unscrew the brake hose from the pipe fitting (pic. 6.63).
Unscrew the brake hose from the bracket.
Installation
Set the wheels to drive in a straight line, as turning the wheels to one side will twist the hose.
Make sure the brake hose does not come into contact with surrounding parts.
Note. The brake hoses supplied as spare parts are fitted with springs to prevent them from twisting during installation.
Install the brake hose to the brake caliper.
Torque tighten:
- brake hose on caliper (17 Nm);
- brake hose on the brake pipe union (14 Nm).
Attach the hose end to the bracket without twisting the hose.
Make sure the tip fits freely into the splined hole in the bracket.
Install the spring.
Tighten the fitting for connecting the brake pipe to the brake hose, making sure that the hose does not twist when the fitting is tightened.
Bleed air from brake system
Tighten the required torque of 6.5 Nm the valve for pumping the brake drive.
