Removal
Remove the top engine covers.

Loosen the air duct mounting clamps and remove it (Fig. 6.26).

Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster (Fig. 6.27).
Pull the check valve out by rotating it to remove it from the rubber sealing washer.
Note: Do not damage the vacuum take-off pipe on the intake manifold. If it breaks, the intake manifold must be replaced.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the intake manifold (see fig. 6.27).
Installation
Check the condition of the rubber sealing washer and check valve.
Replace faulty parts.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
