Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- wiper arms;
- air intake grille;

Loosen the bolts securing the air filter access panel (pic. 6.9).
Remove the air filter access panel.
Remove the battery and battery tray.

Remove the boost pressure control solenoid valve (pic. 6.10).

Remove the left front wheel, fender liner and both intake silencers (pic. 6.11).
Remove:
- air intake pipe;
- air pipe;
- air duct coming from the air filter housing;
- air filter housing;

Disconnect the mass air flow sensor connector (pic. 6.12).
Disconnect the wiring harness from the brake master cylinder reservoir.
Use a syringe to remove brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir.
Remove:
- pipeline from the clutch master cylinder;
- brake pipelines from the main brake cylinder;
- nuts securing the master cylinder to the vacuum brake booster;
- master brake cylinder with reservoir;
- a bolt of fastening of a tank to the main brake cylinder;
- brake master cylinder reservoir (pic. 6.13).

Installation
Replace cuffs of the main brake cylinder (pic. 6.14).
Properly snap the reservoir onto the brake master cylinder.
Establish a bolt of fastening of a tank to the main brake cylinder.
Tighten the required torque of 8.5 Nm the reservoir mounting bolt on the master brake cylinder.

Align the brake master cylinder with the brake booster so that the booster tappet is seated in the master cylinder housing (pic. 6.15).
Attention! When installing the master brake cylinder, center the cuff in the vacuum brake booster.
Screw nuts of fastening of the main cylinder to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
Tighten to 50 Nm the nuts securing the brake master cylinder to the vacuum brake booster.
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Tighten to the required torque 17 Nm the nuts securing the pipelines to the brake master cylinder.
Remove air from the brake system.
Connect the battery.
