Attention! Take measures to collect brake fluid to prevent damage to parts and the body in the area of \u200b\u200bthe elements of the brake system.
Removing
Remove:
- intake silencer;
- expansion tank;
- brake fluid level sensor wiring block;
- reservoir bolt on brake master cylinder 1.
Remove the brake fluid from the reservoir and remove the reservoir by wrapping it with a rag.
Remove:
- block of wiring of the pressure sensor from the main brake cylinder;
- brake pipelines from the master cylinder, having previously marked them;
- nuts securing the master cylinder to the vacuum booster.
Installation
Note. When removing the brake master cylinder, be sure to replace O-ring A when installing.
Install the master brake cylinder on the vacuum booster so that the pushrod enters the master cylinder.
Install:
- brake pipes in accordance with the marks made during removal;
- brake fluid reservoir on the master cylinder. Press it until it clicks;
- fixing bolt of the hydraulic brake reservoir.
