Remove:
- battery;
- shelf for battery;
- air filter housing.
Remove the brake fluid from the reservoir with a syringe.
Place a container underneath to catch any remaining brake fluid in the master cylinder.
Disconnect the supply line from the clutch master cylinder at point (1).
Disconnect the brake fluid level sensor connector at point (2).
Remove:
- bolt (3) for fastening the brake hydraulic reservoir;
- brake fluid reservoir.
Remove:
- rigid pipeline fittings in current (4);
- nuts (5) for fastening the main brake cylinder;
- master brake cylinder.
Install plugs on the master cylinder holes and on the brake lines.
Replace the brake master cylinder gaskets on the brake fluid reservoir side and on the brake booster side.
Install:
- brake fluid reservoir on the master cylinder;
- master brake cylinder assembly with reservoir.
Tighten the brake fluid reservoir mounting bolt to the required torque of 4 Nm.
Install:
- master brake cylinder mounting nuts;
- rigid pipe fittings;
- master cylinder pipeline.
Tighten to the specified torque:
- master brake cylinder mounting nuts 27 Nm;
- brake line fittings 14 Nm.
