Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Remove the front wheels.

Loosen the guide pin bolts (pic. 6.65).
Hang the brake caliper from the suspension spring.
Remove the brake pads.
Remove the two bolts securing the guide pads.
Remove the shoe guide.
Check the condition of the elements of the brake system (replace damaged parts).
Clean the shoe guides and brackets.
Installation
Move the piston inside the cylinder using a special tool (Fre. 1190-01) all the way.
Coat the threads of the brake caliper bracket and guide pin bolts with FRENBLOC before installation (or its equivalent).
Install the shoe guide.
Install the shoe guide bolts.
Tighten the required torque 105 Nm bolts for fastening the guide pads.
Install new brake pads, starting with the inside.
Install the brake caliper and guide pin bolts.
Attention! Securely fix the brake hose and wheel speed sensor wires if they have been disconnected.
Attention! Do not kink the brake hose.
Check the brake fluid level.
Tighten to 32 Nm the guide pin mounting bolts.
Install wheels.
Tighten the wheel bolts to the required torque of 105 Nm.
Note. Press the brake pedal several times to set the pistons to the working position.
Check the brake fluid level.
