Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Release the parking brake.
Remove the rear wheel.
Release the parking brake cable.
Mark the cable route for subsequent installation.
Turn away bolts of fastening of directing fingers.
Remove the bracket.
Hang the brake caliper to the body.
Remove the brake pads.
Remove the two bolts securing the guide pads.
Remove the shoe guide.
Check the condition of the elements of the brake system (replace damaged parts).
Clean the shoe guides and brackets.
Installation

Move the piston inside the cylinder using a special tool (Fre. 1190-01) all the way (pic. 6.73).
Coat the threads of the brake caliper bracket and guide pin bolts with FRENBLOC before installation (or its equivalent).
Install the shoe guide.
Install the shoe guide bolts.
Install the parking brake cables.

Make sure the parking brake cable stopper is correctly inserted into the socket (pic. 6.74).
Pull the parking brake lever several times to activate the parking brake system and the automatic brake pad wear compensation device.
Tighten the required torque 105 Nm bolts for fastening the guide pads.
Install new brake pads, starting with the inner pad.
Install the brake caliper and guide pin bolts.
Check the brake fluid level.
Tighten the guide pin bolts to the required torque of 36 Nm.
Install wheels.
Tighten the wheel bolts to the required torque of 105 Nm.
Note. Press the brake pedal several times to set the pistons to the working position.
