You will need: key «on 10» (more comfortable socket head), special key «at 11» for pipeline nuts, a wrench for wheel bolts.
1. Engage 1st gear and chock the front wheels.
2. Remove the corresponding wheel (see «Wheel replacement»).
3. Clear the place of fastening of a brake tube and bolts of fastening of the working cylinder from a back side of a brake board from dirt.
4. Remove the brake drum (see «Removal and installation of a brake drum»).
5. Raise the parking brake lever - the upper ends of the shoes will move away from the stops of the pistons of the working cylinder.
6. Turn away a nut of fastening of a brake tube to the working cylinder...
7.... and plug the opening of the tube, for example, with the cap of the air release valve.
Note. After a long period of use, the brake pipe nut «grows together» with the tube in one piece, when you try to unscrew the nut, the tube twists and breaks. In this case, just loosen the tube nut a little, then unscrew the cylinder mounting bolts and disconnect it from the tube by screwing the cylinder from its nut. After disconnecting the cylinder from the tube, the mobility of the released nut can be restored by moistening it with brake fluid and turning the key alternately in both directions.
8. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder, holding it from the other side...
9.... and remove the working cylinder.
Note. If there is no protective cap on the air release valve of the new cylinder, remove it from the old valve.
10. Establish the working cylinder in an order, the return to removal.
11. Remove air from the brake system (see «Bleeding the hydraulic drive of the brake system»).
12. Several times sharply press the brake pedal to bring the brake shoes to the drum.
