You will need: keys "10", "13", "16", "18", TORX T30, socket head "18", screwdriver with a flat blade.
1. Remove the mudguards and engine crankcase protection (see "Removal and installation of mudguards and engine crankcase protection").
2. Remove the exhaust pipe (see "Replacing elements of the exhaust system").
3. Remove the catalytic converter bracket from the cushion.
Note: If the cushion is stuck to the bracket, pry it off with a screwdriver.
4. Remove the three bolts securing the front bumper to the subframe.
5. Remove the two bolts securing the rear powertrain suspension bracket...
6. ...and take it off.
7. Remove the two bolts securing the steering gear to the subframe.
8. Remove the upper tie rod mounting bolt...
9. ...unscrew the lower mounting nut...
10. ...and remove the rod.
11. Remove the power steering tube holder mounting bolt...
12. ...and move the tube a little to the side.
13. Loosen the nut of the clamping bolt of the terminal connection of the steering knuckle with the ball joint.
14. Remove the tie bolt.
15. Use a screwdriver to loosen the terminal a little...
16. ...and remove the ball joint pin from the steering knuckle.
17. Similarly, remove the ball joint pin from the steering knuckle on the other side of the car.
18. Install supports under the subframe.
19. Turn out the front...
20. ...and the rear mounting bolts...
21. ...then remove the subframe assembly with the anti-roll bar and front suspension arms.
22. Remove the anti-roll bar (see "Replacing anti-roll bar parts").
23. Remove the levers (see "Replacing the front suspension arm").
24. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the front and rear subframe mounting bolts to a torque of 105 N·m (10.5 kgf·m), the tie rod mounting bolt to 21 N·m (2.1 kgf·m), the tie rod mounting nut and the tie bolt nut of the steering knuckle-to-ball joint clamp connection to 62 N·m (6.2 kgf·m), and the rear support bracket mounting bolts to 65 N·m (6.5 kgf·m).
