You will need: keys «on 10», «at 13», «at 16», «at 18», TORX T30, socket head «at 18», flat blade screwdriver.
1. Remove mudguards and crankcase protection (see «Removal and installation of mudguards and engine crankcase protection»).
2. Remove downpipe (see «Replacement of elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases»).
3. Remove the catalytic converter bracket from the pillow.
Note. If pillow «got used to» to the bracket, pry it with a screwdriver.
4. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a forward bumper to a stretcher.
5. Turn out two bolts of fastening of an arm of a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit...
6....and remove it.
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism to a stretcher.
8. Turn out a bolt of the top fastening of connecting draft...
9.... unscrew the bottom fastening nut...
10.... and remove the rod.
11. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the holder of a tube of system of the hydraulic booster of a steering...
12.... and take the handset a little to the side.
13. Turn away a nut of a coupling bolt of a terminal connection of a rotary fist with a spherical support.
14. Remove the pinch bolt.
15. Slightly open the terminal with a screwdriver...
16.... and remove the ball joint pin from the steering knuckle.
17. Similarly, remove the ball joint pin from the steering knuckle on the other side of the car.
18. Install supports under the subframe.
19. Turn out the front...
20.... and rear mounting bolts...
21.... then remove the subframe assembly with anti-roll bar and front suspension arms.
22. Remove the anti-roll bar (see «Replacement parts of the stabilizer bar»).
23. Remove levers (see «Replacing the front suspension arm»).
24. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the front and rear subframe mounting bolts to 105 Nm (10.5 kgf·m), connecting rod mounting bolt - 21 Nm (2.1 kgf·m), the connecting rod fastening nut and the tie bolt nut of the knuckle terminal connection with the ball bearing - 62 Nm (6.2 kgf·m), rear support bracket mounting bolts - 65 Nm (6.5 kgf·m).
