Warning: Prepare suitable containers to collect fluid and take measures to protect surrounding components from contact with brake fluid.
Dismantling the brake caliper
1. Place the vehicle on a two post lift.
2. Place a spacer on the brake pedal to limit the flow of brake fluid.
3. Remove the front wheel from the vehicle.
4. Remove the front brake caliper.
5. Insert a block of wood between the piston and caliper, and then, by supplying compressed air through the brake hose port, remove the piston from the cylinder. If any impact marks appear on the end of the piston, it must be replaced with a new one.

Attention: In case of scratches on the mirror of the caliper cylinder, it is necessary to replace the entire caliper with a new one.
8. Clean parts with methanol.
Assembling the brake caliper
1. Insert a new square seal into the groove of the caliper cylinder.

3. Install the piston boot.
4. Install the brake caliper.
5. Install the front wheel on the car.
6. Remove the brake pedal spacer.
Attention: To avoid accidents, after installing the brake components, it is necessary to bring the brakes to readiness by depressing the brake pedal several times.
