Sedan version (L52): 1. Rear light. 2. Rear bumper. 3. Rear fender liner. 4. Rear mudguard. 5. ABS sensor cover. 6.Rear bumper support. 7. Facing the rear wheel arch. 8. Rear mudguard.
Station wagon version (K52): 1. Tailgate. 2. Rear bumper. 3. Bumper mount. 4. Rear fender liner. 5. ABS sensor cover. 6. Rear mudguard.
Sedan version (L52): 1. Shock-absorbing element of the rear bumper. 2. Rear bumper wiring. 3. Parking sensor. 4. Parking sensor support. 5. Rear bumper side bracket. 6. Rivet of the rear bumper side bracket. 7. Reflector. 8. Rear bumper.
Station wagon version (K52): 1. Reflector. 2. Plug socket for towing eye. 3. Rear bumper. 4. Rear bumper wiring. 5. Parking sensor. 6. Shock-absorbing element of the rear bumper.
Removal and installation of the rear bumper, sedan
Removing the rear bumper
1. Place the vehicle on a two post lift.
2. Remove clips (1) and remove the rear fender.
3. Loosen the nut (2) and remove the jack (3).
4. Partially remove the rear wheel arch trim.
5. Unhook the rear bumper wiring from the holder (4).
6. Disconnect connector (5) rear bumper wiring.
7. Remove the rear lights.
8. Remove license plate lighting.
9. To turn away bolts of a covering of back wheel arches on both parties of the car.
10. To turn away the bottom bolts of a back bumper.
11. To turn away the top bolts of a back bumper.
12. Remove the rear bumper clips from both sides of the car.
13. Unhook the side sections of the rear bumper first from the front (6), and then behind (7).
14. Partially remove the rear bumper (this will require two people).
15. Remove plug (8).
16. Remove rear bumper wiring (9) from the body.
17. Remove rear bumper (this will require two people).
Installing the rear bumper
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Removal and installation of a back bumper, station wagon
Removing the rear bumper
1. Place the vehicle on a two post lift.
2. Remove the jack from the trunk.
3. To turn away nuts of a covering of back wheel arches.
4. Partially remove the trim of the rear wheel arches.
5. Disconnect the wire connector (2) rear bumper.
6. Remove the rear lights.
7. Remove license plate lighting
8. To turn away bolts of fastening of fender liner to a rear bumper on both sides of the car.
9. To turn away the bottom bolts of a back bumper.
10. To turn away the top bolts of a back bumper.
11. Remove the rear bumper clips from both sides of the vehicle.
12. Remove the bottom cover clips.
13. Unhook the side sections from the rear bumper first from the front (10), and then behind (11).
14. Partially remove the rear bumper (this will require two people).
15. Remove plug (12).
16. Remove rear bumper wiring (13) from the body.
17. Remove rear bumper (this will require two people).
Installing the rear bumper
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
