1. In the arches of both rear wheels, unscrew one screw securing the bumper to the body.
2. Unscrew two screws from the bottom of the car (from the left and right side) fastening the bumper to the energy absorbing element...
3. ...and three bolts securing the bumper brackets to the body.
4. Remove the rear light (see "Replacing the rear light") to access the rear bumper mounting clips.
5. Unscrew the cores of the two fasteners securing the bumper to the body (one retainer on each side)...
6. ...pry it up with a screwdriver...
7. ...and remove the clips.
8. Remove two screws (left and right) bumper mounts in the rear door opening...
9. ...and remove the rear bumper.
10. Install the rear bumper and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
