
1. On the left and right sides of the car, unscrew two screws that simultaneously secure the ends of the bumper and the rear fenders; using a screwdriver, pry off the piston from the mounts and remove the mudguards (see "Removal and installation of wheel mudguards and fender liners") to gain access to the bolts securing the ends of the bumper.

2. Remove one screw securing the rear bumper to the rear wheel arches.

3. Open the trunk lid, unscrew the three screws of the upper bumper mount in the trunk opening...

4. ...and remove the rear bumper, overcoming the elastic resistance of the plastic clips at its ends.
5. Install the rear bumper and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
