Removal and installation the front bumper



Removal the front bumper



1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.

2. Loosen the bolts securing the front mudguards to the front bumper on both sides of the vehicle.

3. Loosen the bolts securing the partition panels.

4. Unscrew the lower bolts of the front bumper.



5. Unscrew the upper bolts of the front bumper.

6. Unhook the side parts of the front bumper first from the rear (1) and then from the front (2).

6. Unhook the side parts of the front bumper first from the rear (1) and then from the front (2).


7. Partially remove the front bumper forward (3) (this will require two people).

8. Disconnect the connector (4) of the front fog lights.

8. Disconnect the connector (4) of the front fog lights.


9. Disconnect the front fog light connector.



10. Remove the front bumper from the car (this will require two people).

Installing the front bumper



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Removal and installation the front bumper shock absorbing beam



Removal the front bumper impact beam



1. Remove the front bumper.

2. Remove sound signals.

3. Remove the bolts (1) from the front body panel.

3. Remove the bolts (1) from the front body panel.


4. Loosen the bolts (2) of the front seat shock absorbing beam.

4. Loosen the bolts (2) of the front seat shock absorbing beam.


Installing a front bumper impact absorbing beam



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Tightening torque of the front bumper impact beam mounting bolts: 21 Nm.
