Removal the front passenger airbag
1. Block the airbag processor.
2. Turn off the ignition.
3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
4. Remove the instrument panel.
5. Loosen the bolts (1).
6. Mark the wiring routing on the airbag module.
Caution: To avoid damage to the wiring during installation, it is necessary to route it in its original position.
7. Loosen the nuts (2) of the front passenger airbag module.

8. Disconnect the front passenger airbag module.
9. Unlock the retainer (6) of the front passenger airbag module connector (4).
10. Disconnect the front passenger airbag module connector.
11. Disconnect the wiring from the holder (7).
12. Remove the front passenger airbag module.
Installing the front passenger airbag
1. Hook the wiring into the holder (7).
2. Connect the front passenger airbag module connector.
3. Lock the front passenger airbag module connector.
4. Install the front passenger airbag module and tighten the new mounting nuts to 8 N·m.
5. Install the bolts (1).
6. Route the front passenger airbag module wiring to the previously marked location.
7. Install the instrument panel.
8. Connect the negative battery terminal.
Caution: To prevent the airbags from accidentally deactivating or deploying, the airbag processor must be checked using a diagnostic tool.
9. Unlock the airbag processor.
