Attention:

- To avoid any unexpected incidents, do not reuse pyrotechnic devices. It is necessary to activate the pretensioners and airbags before scrapping the vehicle.

Removal the airbag processor
1. Connect the diagnostic device and use it to block the airbag processor.
2. Turn off the ignition.
3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
4. Remove the center console.
5. Disconnect the connector (1).
6. Loosen the bolts (2) and remove the airbag processor.
Installing the airbag processor
1. Install the airbag processor and tighten the mounting bolts to 8 Nm.
2. Connect the connector.
3. Install the center console.
4. Connect the battery.
5. If the airbag processor is replaced, perform the necessary operations using the "Diagnostic Tool".
6. Unlock the airbag processor.
