Removal the ignition coil
1. Disconnect the spark plug high-voltage wires from the ignition coil assembly.
Caution: Do not pull on the wires to disconnect high-voltage wires - pull only on the connectors.
2. Disconnect the ignition coil unit connector (1).
3. Loosen the bolts (2) of the ignition coil unit.
4. Remove the ignition coil assembly from the engine.
Installing the ignition coil
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Tightening torque of the ignition coil unit mounting bolts: 10 Nm.

Note: When installing spark plug wires, apply a bead of FLUORINATED GREASE (PART NO. 82 00 168 855) 2 mm in diameter along the inner edge of the cap.
