Position of auxiliary equipment or additional equipment via auxiliary equipment relay (the RENAULT card is inserted about halfway). In this position, power is supplied to the radio, windows, interior fan and power seats.
Note: The power supply to the auxiliary equipment relay is interrupted during the engine start phase. If the RENAULT card remains in the reader, the power supply to the auxiliary equipment relay is interrupted after a few seconds.
Position after ignition switch. This position allows you to start the engine with the start button.
Power supply to the relay after the ignition switch begins after the RENAULT card is fully inserted into the reader, if it is identified by the central control computer, and if the electric steering column lock is unlocked.
Power supply to the relay is suspended when the START button is pressed to stop the engine if the vehicle speed is zero.

Power continues to flow from the start button to the starter until the "Engine running" signal is received. If the engine does not start, power to the starter is cut off after a certain time.
Certain conditions must be met to allow the engine to start.
Note: While the engine is running, the RENAULT card is locked in the reader. It is unlocked when the engine is stopped or if the vehicle speed is close to or equal to zero.
