Operating principle. The engine immobilizer system is activated automatically a few seconds after the ignition is turned off. If the ignition key code is not recognized by the vehicle's electronic immobilizer system, warning light 1 flashes continuously and the engine cannot be started.
System operation
When the ignition is switched on, warning light 1 lights up without flashing for approximately three seconds, then goes out. The car recognized the code. You can start the engine.
Car anti-theft protection
A few seconds after the ignition is switched off, signal lamp 1 flashes continuously. The engine immobilizer system is activated only after the ignition is switched off.
Faults
If, after turning on the ignition, warning light 1 continues to flash or stays on without flashing, this indicates a system fault. In case of any malfunctions of the electronic engine start blocking system, it is imperative to contact the service station, since only there they can perform a qualified repair of the engine start blocking system. If the coded ignition key is faulty, use the spare key that you received when you purchased your vehicle.
