No adjustment work is carried out on single-point injection systems, since there are no adjustment bolts. The control device adjusts the idle speed if necessary, taking into account both changes in air pressure and the degree of engine wear. Only in case of uncertainty is the idle speed and carbon monoxide content checked. The conditions for checking are: the engine must be warmed up, all electrical consumers must be switched off, and the ignition timing must be set correctly. When checking, it is necessary to be guided by the table:
