1 - valve seat; 2 - lower sealing ring; 3 - injector winding; 4 - annular chamber with fuel filter; 5 - upper sealing ring; 6 - 2-pin connector.
To disconnect the injector connector, you need to squeeze the safety clamp "5" and pull out the plug. After installing it back, check whether the safety clamp is installed correctly.
1 and 2 - contacts of the intake air temperature sensor;
3 and 4 - injector contacts.
To remove the injector, after unscrewing the safety bolt, remove the injector housing (1) with the intake air temperature sensor. Carefully remove the injector from the mount. When installing, do not mix up the polarity of the contacts (3 ="–"; 2 ="+"). Lubricate the O-ring of the injector body with Vaseline so that the pin connector (4) is protected from oxidation.
1. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the pipes and remove the air filter.
3. Turn off the fuel supply to reduce the pressure in the fuel system (keep your rags ready!).
4. Or install clamps on the fuel supply and return hoses.
5. Bendix Throttle Body: Disconnect the injector connector.
6. Remove the clamps. To do this, unscrew both TORX bolts.
7. Bosch throttle body: Unscrew the injector body bolt and carefully remove the injector cover.
8. Carefully move the nozzle from side to side, remove it from the mount. In doing so, pay attention to the sealing gaskets and the spacer ring (Bendix), in what order they are located in the nozzle mount.
9. When installing, use new O-rings and lubricate them with Vaseline or motor oil.
10. If the injector is installed "dry", the rubber rings will be crushed and will not provide a seal. This can lead to such malfunctions as, for example, fluctuations in idle speed.
11. The nozzle is installed in such a way that its mounting pin fits into the recess provided for it.
12. Install the injector body. Pay attention to the correct position of the connector block.
13. Tighten the fuel supply and remove the clamps from the hoses.
14. Connect the air ducts, install the air filter and connect the battery.
