The fuel supply pressure is independent of the engine load.
The system consists of the following components:
- fuel supply unit «fuel pump / fuel gauge / fuel filter», installed in the fuel tank, which includes a pump (1), filter (2) and pressure regulator (3);
- single pipeline (4), coming from the fuel tank;
- fuel distribution ramp (5) without drain fuel line and fuel pressure regulator;
- adsorber (6), connected to the intake manifold through a pipeline and a solenoid valve.
Fuel node (all engines)
The fuel filter on vehicles with gasoline engines is located in the fuel tank, is an integral part of the «pump / fuel gauge / filter» and is not available separately.
The filter is designed for a long service life.
Checking the fuel supply pressure and fuel pump performance allows you to diagnose the unit «fuel pump / fuel gauge / filter».
