Note. Fuel pressure gauges and adapters are used to measure fuel pressure (Mot. 1311-01) and tee-adapter (Mot. 1311-08).
Remove the engine top cover. Disconnect the fuel supply pipe fitting from the fuel rail.
Disconnect the fuel line from the right engine swing arm mount.
Connect the pipeline with a control pressure gauge and an adapter for measuring fuel pressure with a tee (2).
Connect the tee to the fuel rail and the fuel rail feed line to the fuel pressure tee (Mot. 1311-08). Start the engine.
Measure the pressure, which should be constantly equal to 3.5 bar.
Note. It may take a few seconds to get the correct fuel rail pressure.
Stop the engine.
Disconnect all attachments and reinstall all removed parts.
