Removing the hydraulic clutch pipeline
1. Place the vehicle on a two post lift.
2. Unscrew the fastening bolts and remove the engine protective tray.
3. Remove the engine air filter assembly.
4. Disconnect the level sensor connector from the brake fluid reservoir.
5. Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.
6. Using a syringe, remove the brake fluid from the reservoir so that its level is below the outlet to the clutch master cylinder.
7. Remove the cap from the bleed valve (2).
8. Place a rag under the clutch release cylinder.
9. Press the latch (3).
Attention: Do not remove the retainer. In case of any mishandling of the retainer, the pipe must be replaced.
10. Remove the hydraulic clutch pipeline (4) one notch to release the bleed screw.
Note: This will leak some brake fluid.
11. Connect a transparent hose to the bleed valve and place an empty container under the valve.
12. While depressing the clutch pedal by hand, drain the brake fluid from the master cylinder and clutch pipe.
13. Press the latch (3) clutch release cylinder.
14. Disconnect the pipeline (4) from the release cylinder and seal all openings.
15. Remove retainer (4) from connecting the pipeline to the clutch master cylinder.
16. Place a rag under the clutch master cylinder.
17. Disconnect the pipeline (5) from the clutch master cylinder in the engine compartment.
18. Seal all openings.
19.Disconnect the hydraulic clutch pipe.
20. Remove the clutch hydraulic line between the clutch master and release cylinders.
Clutch Line Installation
1. Check the condition of the seals and replace them with new ones if necessary.
2. Remove the plugs from the holes.
3. Installation of the pipeline of a hydrodrive of coupling is made in an order, the return to removal.
Note:
- Lock hydraulic clutch line until it clicks into place.
- Fill the brake fluid reservoir to the correct level and bleed the clutch circuit.
