Removal the flywheel
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Remove the manual gearbox and clutch discs.
3. Secure the flywheel using locking tool Mot. 582-01 (1).
4. Loosen the flywheel mounting bolts.
5. Remove the flywheel with locking device Mot. 582-01.
Installing the flywheel
Caution: Replace the flywheel mounting bolts with new ones after each removal.

1. Using a cleaning agent, clean and degrease the contact surfaces of the flywheel and crankshaft.
2. Install the flywheel with new bolts.
3. Fix the flywheel using tool Mot. 582-01.
4. Tighten the flywheel mounting bolts in the sequence shown in the figure to a torque of 18 Nm, and then tighten further by an angle of 110°±10°.
5. Remove the locking tool Mot. 582-01 from the flywheel.
6. Install all previously removed components in reverse order.
