Tightening torques: Flywheel bolts - 25 Nm + 50°±6°.
Removal
Remove:
- gearbox,
- clutch housing with pressure plate assembly.
Lock the flywheel with the locking pin (Mot. 582-01) (1).
Remove:
- flywheel mounting bolts,
- flywheel,
- diagnostic device (Mot. 582-01).
Installation
Check the condition of the flywheel.
Clean the threaded holes on the crankshaft flange for the flywheel mounting bolts.
Wipe with surface cleaner:
- flywheel mating surface when re-used,
- mating surface of the crankshaft.
Parts that must be replaced: flywheel mounting bolts.
Apply FRENETAN-CHE to new bolts.
Caution! Do not loosen the mounting bolts (2) of the drive flange to the flywheel.
Install the flywheel.
Screw in the flywheel mounting bolts without tightening.

Lock the flywheel with the locking pin (Mot. 58201).
Tighten the flywheel bolts to the specified torque in the specified order (25 Nm + 50°±6°).
Remove the device (Mot. 582-01).
Install:
- clutch housing,
- gearbox.
