Tightening torques: Automatic tension roller axle mounting bolt - 40 Nm.
Caution: Do not run the engine without the accessory drive belt, as this may result in damage to the crankshaft pulley.
Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Remove the right front wheel.
Remove the right front mudguard liner (3).

Turn the accessory drive belt automatic tensioner roller clockwise.
Remove:
- accessory drive belt,
- tension roller mounting bolt (4),
- tension roller.

Installation
Parts that must be replaced:
- Auxiliary equipment drive belt,
- Auxiliary drive belt tensioner roller.
Use a brush to clean the crankshaft pulley grooves from deposits.
Install a new tensioner pulley.
Tighten the automatic tension roller axle mounting bolt to the required torque (40 Nm).
Turn the accessory drive belt automatic tensioner roller clockwise.
Install a new accessory drive belt.
To properly install the accessory drive belt, rotate the crankshaft two turns clockwise.
Install the right front fender liner.
Reinstall the right front wheel.
