Removal
Engines F9Q, F4P
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- right front mudguard and side protective shield;
- power steering reservoir bracket.
Turn the automatic belt tensioner roller in the direction shown below using a 16mm spanner.

Engine K4M
Turn the automatic belt tensioner in the direction shown below using a 13 mm Allen key. Tighten the tension roller using a 1 x 6 mm Allen key.

Engine L7X
Turn the automatic tensioner roller with a 9.53mm outside square wrench.
Remove the accessory drive belt.
Installation
Note: Re-use of the removed belt is not permitted, it must be replaced with a new one.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
