Removal
Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals, starting with the negative terminal.
Remove the intake silencer.
Disconnect brake booster vacuum hose 1 from the intake manifold.
Attention! Take measures to avoid damaging the vacuum extraction pipe on the intake manifold. If the pipe is damaged, the manifold must be replaced.
Remove the oxygen sensor connector mounting bracket 2 and the air filter.
Loosen bolts 3 securing the air filter housing.
Remove the air filter housing to the right.
Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the air filter housing mounting bolts to the specified torque: 9 Nm.
