The anti-roll bar is installed on all models. The stabilizer is connected to the suspension arms and is attached through rubber mounts to the subframe.
The rear suspension consists of a beam with trailing arms. The beam contains two torsion bars, two stabilizer bars and a cross member connecting two trailing arms. The torsion bars and stabilizer bars are connected in the middle by a ladder, with their outer ends attached to the trailing arms.
The steering mechanism is an ordinary rack and pinion type, with a shock-absorbing steering column. The column is connected to the mechanism by an intermediate shaft with two crosses. The lower cross of the intermediate shaft is attached to the steering gear shaft with a clamp with an eccentric bolt.
The steering mechanism is mounted on the front subframe, connected to the steering knuckles of the front struts by steering rods and steering tips passing behind the steering knuckles. Toe adjustment is provided by turning the threaded fasteners of the steering tips to the steering rods.
All models are equipped with power steering. The power steering pump is traditional, with a belt drive from the crankshaft pulley.
