Removal and installation the particulate filter pressure sensor
Removal the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the engine protective pan.
3. Disconnect the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor connector (1).
4. Remove the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor.
Installing a Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: Apply copper anti-seize grease to the threads of the DPF pressure sensor nut.
After installation, use the diagnostic tool to perform the DPF pressure sensor initialization procedure.
