Removal

1. Disconnect the recirculation flap drive connector (1).

2. Disconnect the recirculation flap drive from the distribution block.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Position the recirculation flap actuator relative to the flat edge of the actuator seat.

Note: Position the recirculation flap actuator relative to the flat edge of the actuator seat.

Note: After installation is complete, it is necessary to perform the calibration procedure for the air conditioner computer and the recirculation damper actuator.
