Removal and installation

Removal

1. Disconnect the air flow distribution flap drive connector (1).

2. Move the bracket (2) from the air flow distribution flap drive.

3. Disconnect the air distribution flap drive from the distribution block.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Position the recirculation flap actuator relative to the bad edge of the actuator seat.

Note: Position the recirculation flap actuator relative to the bad edge of the actuator seat.

Note: After installation is complete, it is necessary to perform the calibration procedure for the air conditioner computer and the air distribution flap actuator.
