Removal
The fuel filler cap is locked and unlocked simultaneously with the driver's door.
Remove the hatch cover in the inner lining of the rear right wheel arch.

Disconnect the fuel tank filler neck door lock drive motor connector (Fig. 7.49).

Unscrew the electric motor mounting nut located in the outer wheel arch and remove it (Fig. 7.50).
Note: If the electric drive is faulty, operate it manually using the pull handle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
