Note. Only the glass of the instrument panel is subject to replacement. If its other parts are faulty, the entire instrument panel must be replaced.

Removing
Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals, starting with the negative terminal.

Remove the visor of the instrument panel, fixed with spring clips on the dashboard, in the direction of the arrows shown in Figure 7.55.
Disconnect the navigation speaker, if fitted to the vehicle.

Unscrew the central bolt and remove the instrument panel by pressing on the two spring clips located on each side of it (pic. 7.56).

Disconnect the instrument panel power connector (pic. 7.57).
Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Connect the battery without programming.
Perform the necessary configuration.
Disconnect the battery.
Note. This operation automatically registers instrument panel configurations.
Connect the battery and do the necessary programming.
Torque tighten the battery cover bolts to 4 Nm.
