1. Reduce the pressure in the supply system (see «Reducing the pressure in the power system»).
2. Remove the air filter (see «Removal and installation of the air filter»).
3. Squeeze the retainer and disconnect the wiring harness from the injector.
4. Similarly disconnect blocks from other atomizers and take a plait of wires aside.
5. To disconnect the fuel line, bite through the plastic safety collar.
6. Compress a fixing ring and disconnect the pipeline from a fuel stage.
Note. If necessary, pry out the latches with a screwdriver.
Attention! Replace the tubing rubber O-rings with new ones each time the joint is disassembled.
7. Remove the fuel rail assembly with injectors.
8. Pry with a screwdriver...
9.... and remove the nozzle retainer.
10. Remove the nozzle from the fuel rail.
Attention! Replace the rubber o-rings with new injectors each time they are removed.
11. To replace the O-rings of the injectors, remove them from the atomizer...
12.... and from the nozzle body. After installing new rings, lubricate them with engine oil.
13. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. Secure the fuel line with a new clamp.
14. Start the engine and check the tightness of the pipe connections and nozzle seals.
