- 55-channel injection system control unit;
- static ignition system;
- injection blocking relay, used only to power the relay of the engine overheating protection device;
- monitoring the electrical power supply circuit of the fuel pump;
- using modes G01 and G02 to transition between «state control» and «fault monitoring»;
- using control modes to select actuators (only when the ignition is on);
- visualization of the cyclic opening mode of the absorber cleaning solenoid valve;
- reading by XR25 (#...) actual value in the event of a malfunction of an injection system component (The function does not work in standby mode of the injection system control unit);
- zones for programming special parameters for adaptive correction of the fuel mixture composition;
- presence of an algorithm in standby mode due to failure of the absolute pressure sensor (calculation of the pressure value based on information about the throttle position and engine speed);
- injection interruption at the maximum permissible engine speed 6200 min-1.
When the ignition is turned on, the warning light located in the instrument cluster flashes (period during which the injection system control unit identifies the anti-theft system code), then stays on continuously for 3 seconds and then goes off. The simultaneous lighting of the injection system warning lights and the need for service indicate a malfunction
Faults that cause the warning light to light up:
- absolute pressure sensor;
- throttle potentiometer;
- fuel injectors;
- idle air control valve;
- lack of information about the speed of a moving car.
