Engine Z
- To prevent oil leakage from the hydraulic system, install pliers Mot. 453-01 for low pressure pipeline.
- Disconnect the high pressure line from the pump; oil may leak out.
- Install adapter Dir between the tube and the pump. 803 with metric thread.
- Connect the Fre pressure gauge to the adapter. 1085.

Engine F
- Remove the pressure sensor from the high pressure rigid tube at the outlet of the pump (pic. 9.25).
- Connect adapter Dir. 1204 for measuring pressure and pressure gauge Fre. 1085.

Engine G
- Install adapter Dir between the high pressure pipe and the valve in the steering gear housing. 803 with metric thread.
- Connect pressure gauge Fre. 1085
All engines
- Remove pliers Mot. 453-01 (Z engine).
- Add oil to the required level and start the engine to check the pressure.
- Set the front wheels to drive straight ahead. Check the pressure. generated by the power steering pump, which, regardless of the crankshaft speed, must exceed 5-7 bar.
- When turning the steering wheel all the way, the maximum pressure should be:
- engine F - 86-93 bar;
- Z engine - 93-100 bar;
- engine G - 93-103 bar.
- When turning the steering wheel from side to side, the pressure deviation should not exceed 5 bar
