Disconnect the clutch pedal travel sensor connector.

Turn the clutch pedal travel sensor 1/4 turn counterclockwise.

Remove the clutch pedal travel sensor.

The clutch pedal travel sensor must be replaced if the rod has separated from the sensor or if more than three changes in size were required for adjustment X.

Measure the size X of the rod protrusion. If the X dimension is less than 17 mm, adjust it by gently pulling on the end of the rod. Dimension X must be within the range from 17 mm (not less) to 18 mm (not more).

Press the clutch pedal with your hand.

Install the clutch pedal travel sensor onto the pedal assembly.

Lock the clutch pedal travel sensor by turning it 1/4 turn clockwise.

When returning the clutch pedal to its original position, support it with your hand.

Note: The clutch pedal travel sensor is automatically adjusted depending on the pedal position.

When adjusting automatically, you can hear clicks as the settings change.

Connect the connector.
