Therefore, all removed parts must be installed in their original position (for example, installation of heat shields, wiring, pipelines). It is necessary to use professional materials and apply them wisely. For example, do not apply too much sealant to the contact surfaces, otherwise there is a risk of blocking the oil or cooling lines of the engine.

Caution: Excess sealant may be squeezed out when tightening threaded connections. Sealant in contact with coolant may cause damage to some components (engine, radiator, etc.).


To perform repair work, it is necessary to use special tools and devices. This will significantly increase the safety of the work and the quality of the repair, since the tools and devices are tested and approved by the manufacturer.



Some devices and parts must be handled with special care and attention to ensure safety, cleanliness and repair technology.

It is necessary to use a suitable tool that is in good condition. The use of multi-functional tools, such as adjustable pliers, should be avoided if possible.

When working with heavy components and assemblies, it is necessary to use suitable supports.

  • sort waste according to its specific qualities,
  • do not burn waste materials and consumables (for example, tires).

Maintenance and repair operations must be carried out under certain conditions to ensure proper safety and reliability of the vehicle.

To store components that are subject to subsequent reinstallation, you can use sealed cellophane bags and tape. This way, the parts will not get dirty. Do not reuse cellophane bags; they should be thrown away immediately after use.
