Removal the heater core



1. Clamp the heater core hoses with clamps (Ms. 583).

2. Lift the edge of the floor mat.

3. Before removing, mark the position of the rack relative to the body.

4. Loosen the bolts (2) and nuts (3) and remove the rack.

4. Loosen the bolts (2) and nuts (3) and remove the rack.


5. Remove the heater core pipe clamps.

Caution: Take measures to protect surrounding components from leaking coolant.


6. Cover the floor with a rug.

7. Place a coolant collection tray under the heater pipes.
