Removal the capacitor



1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.

2. Using a special station, remove the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.

3. Remove the front bumper from the car.

4. Remove the cooling system fan.

5. Move the cooling system radiator with the condenser assembly to the side.

6. Remove the air deflector.

7. Loosen the bracket bolt of the "compressor-condenser" connecting pipeline from the condenser side.

8. Unscrew the bracket bolt of the connecting pipeline "condenser intermediate pipeline" from the condenser side.

Caution: To prevent refrigerant leaks, be careful not to damage the (do not deform, twist, etc.) pipelines.


9. Disconnect the refrigerant connecting pipes from the condenser.

10. Seal the opened holes with plugs.

11. Remove the capacitor from the vehicle.

Installing a capacitor



Attention:
  • Remove the plugs from each component at the very last moment, just before installing them. Also remove components from their packaging just before installing them.
  • To avoid leaks, ensure that all seals and pipe surfaces are in good condition, clean and free of cracks.


1. Clean the surfaces of the refrigerant pipes.

2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

3. Using a special station, fill the air conditioning system circuit with the required amount of refrigerant and compressor oil.

4. Check the tightness of the air conditioning system circuit.

5. Check the functionality of the air conditioning system.
