Removal and installation the rear door (Renault Logan 1)

You will need: all the tools necessary to remove the trim and the rear door opening limiter, and a 13 mm spanner.

1. Remove the rear door trim (see "Removing and installing rear door trim").

2. Disconnect the door opening limiter from the center pillar (see "Replacing the rear door opening limiter").

3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the lock gear motor (see "Replacing the rear door lock").

4. Remove the protective cover of the wiring harness from the hole in the end face of the door and remove the wiring harness from the door cavity (see point 4 "Removing and installing the front door").

5. If you are not removing the door for replacement, mark the position of its hinges on the door (for example, by tracing the loops along the contour with a felt-tip pen).



6. Holding the door (it's best if an assistant does this), unscrew the two nuts securing the upper and lower hinges to the door and remove the door.

7. Install the rear door in the reverse order of removal.
