1. Open the trunk lid.

2. Grasp the bent edge of the switch spring clip through the mounting window in the trunk lid reinforcement (it is more convenient to do this with pliers), remove the retainer by moving it in the direction of the arrow...

3. Remove the switch from the hole in the trunk lid panel...

4. ...and, having disconnected the rod from the switch lever, remove it.
Note: The switch is sealed with a rubber ring. Replace the ring if it is too tight, hardened or torn.
5. Install the trunk lid lock switch in the reverse order of removal. Before installation, lubricate the switch cylinder with silicone grease.
