Replacing the rear door window regulator (Renault Logan 1)

You will need: all the tools necessary to remove the upholstery and glass of the rear door, and a 10 mm spanner.

1. Remove the rear door trim (see "Removing and installing rear door trim").

2. Remove the front door glass (see "Replacing the rear door glass").

Note: It is not necessary to remove the glass from the door, it is enough to disconnect it from the window lifter and fix it in the extreme upper position, for example, using a screwdriver, pieces of PVC pipe of a suitable diameter or masking tape.

3. Unscrew the four nuts securing the window regulator to the door panel...



4. ...and remove the window regulator from the door cavity through the mounting hole in its inner panel.

5. Install the window regulator and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
