1. Remove the front door trim (see "Removing and installing the front door trim").
2. Remove the front door glass (see "Replacing the front door glass").

3. Remove the inner handle rod of the lock drive from the holder.
Note: The front end of the actuator rod was disconnected from the inside handle lever during the door trim removal process.

4. After unfastening the plastic fasteners, disconnect the lock button rod from the lock levers...

5. ...and the lock switch rod and the outside handle.

6. Remove the three screws securing the lock to the door panel.

7. Having brought the lock into the technological hole in the door panel...

8. ...disconnect the wiring harness connector from it and remove the lock from the car. If you are replacing the lock, disconnect the inner handle rod from it and install it on the new lock.

9. To remove the door lock latch, unscrew it from the body pillar.
Note: The latch is tightened with a high torque, so we recommend using an impact screwdriver to loosen it.
10. Install the front door lock and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
Note: If necessary, adjust the locking clarity by moving the latch and loosening it.
