Removal
- Place the vehicle on a two-post lift and disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
- Remove:
- right front wheel.
- mudguard.
- protective shields under the engine
- Loosen two bolts (A. rice 2 31) fastening the tension roller of the generator drive belt.

- Loosen the adjusting bolt at the top (WITH) tension roller.
- Remove the generator drive belt
Installation
- Strictly follow the belt tensioning procedure below. It should be remembered that once the belt is loose, it must be replaced with a new one.
- Cold (ambient temperature), install a new belt on the pulleys.
- Install the device sensor Mot. 1273 in a place equidistant from the pulleys.
- Turn the sensor wheel until it clicks.
- Tension the belt until Mot. appears on the display. 1273 specified setting value.
- Lock the tension roller and check the tension value.
- Rotate the crankshaft three turns.
- Make sure the tension value is between the set value and the minimum allowable value (the same procedure when checking the tension without removing the belt).
- Do not install the removed belt, replace it with a new one.
