Checking the windshield wipers (Renault Megane 1)

1. Check the condition of the wiper blades: replace the blades if they are cracked or show signs of wear. Wiper blades should be replaced annually.



2. To remove the wiper blade, pull the arm completely away from the glass. Rotate the blade 90°, then press the locking clip (refer to the accompanying illustration).



3. Pull the blade off the arm. Don't forget to check the rear door wiper blade (refer to the accompanying illustration).
