Engine D4F (1.2 l)
Removal the oil pressure sensor
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the engine protective pan.
3. Loosen the bolts (1) and remove the heat shield (2).
4. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector (3).
5. Remove the oil pressure sensor.
Installing an oil pressure sensor
1. Install the oil pressure sensor.
2. Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 32 Nm.
3. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.
4. Install the heat shield.
5. Tighten the heat shield mounting bolts to 25 Nm.
6. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Engine K7M (1.6 l, 8 valves)
Removal the oil pressure sensor
1. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector (1).

Remove the oil pressure sensor (1) using a 22 mm O2 sensor socket wrench.
Installing an oil pressure sensor
1. Install the oil pressure sensor and tighten to 35 Nm.
2. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.
Engine K4M (1.6 l, 16 valves)
Removal the oil pressure sensor
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the engine protective pan.
3. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector (1).
4. Remove the oil pressure sensor (1) using a 22 mm O2 sensor socket wrench.
Installing an oil pressure sensor
1. Use a cleaning agent to degrease the contact surfaces of the oil pressure sensor and the engine cylinder block.
2. Install the oil pressure sensor and tighten to 35 Nm.
3. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Engine K9K (1.5 l)
Removal the oil pressure sensor
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the engine protective pan.
3. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector.
4. Remove the oil pressure sensor (1) using a 22 mm socket wrench for removing and installing oxygen sensors.
Installing an oil pressure sensor
1. Install the oil pressure sensor.
2. Using a 22 mm O2 sensor socket, tighten the oil pressure sensor to 40 N·m.
3. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.
4. Install the engine protective pan.
