- battery;
- battery shelf;
- air filter housing;
- a plug from the nozzle for removing air.
Connect a clear tubing to the bleeder fitting by dropping the other end into an empty vessel above the bleeder bleeder.
Raise the hydraulic lock (see above).
Depress the pedal with your hand to remove fluid from the reservoir, master cylinder and clutch hydraulic pipe.
Disconnect the clutch master cylinder rod by pressing the latches (see above).
Remove the fluid supply pipe to the clutch slave cylinder (5) from the hydraulic brake reservoir.
Remove the retainer (6) clutch master cylinder pipe (7) one click.
Set aside the clutch master cylinder pipe.
Remove:
- clutch master cylinder by turning it a quarter of a turn clockwise using a 22mm socket to remove and install the oxygen sensors (Mot. 1495-01);
- Clutch Master Cylinder Supply Line.
Plug the holes:
- clutch master cylinder;
- reservoir for hydraulic brakes;
- clutch master cylinder pipe.
Check the condition of the gaskets.
The cut used for the bayonet connection on the bulkhead must be clean, free of oil and burrs.
The route for laying the supply pipeline should rise from the main cylinder to the tank, since air locks can form at any low points.
It is strictly forbidden to compress the pipeline and disassemble the elements of the master cylinder.
When connecting adjacent parts, it is necessary to remove the plugs.
Install the parts in reverse order.
